The QSFP112 passive copper cable assemblies provide higher signal integrity performance and dependability. They maintain backward compatibility while offering four channels at 100Gbps with PAM4 modulation. A great substitute for fiber optics is passive DAC cable assemblies. An EEPROM may be used to address each QSFP112 port, providing product information that can be read or written via the I2C interface. The cable sends data signals from each of the eight pairs on one QSFP112 end to the other QSFP112 end; each pair operates at data speeds of up to 100Gb/s.
The length of the passive cable is 0.5m, 1m, and 2m. QSFP112 passive copper cable assemblies offer high-performance and reasonably priced I/O solutions for LAN, HPC, and SAN applications. They are compatible with IEEE802.3ck and QSFP112-MSA.
