Asterfusion 100G QSFP28 to QSFP28 Active Optical Cable, a high-performance module designed for short-range multi-lane data communication and interconnect applications. It features four pluggable, parallel, fiber-optic QSFP+ SR4 channels, making it suitable for 100 or 40 Gigabit Ethernet, as well as Infiniband FDR/EDR applications. With its integration of four data lanes in each direction, it achieves a bandwidth of 100 Gbps. Each lane can operate at 25 Gbps, supporting distances of up to 70 m using OM3 fiber or 100 m using OM4 fiber. This module operates over multimode fiber systems with a nominal wavelength of 850nm and utilizes a 38-contact edge connector for the electrical interface and a 12-fiber MTP (MPO) connector for the optical interface. It incorporates industry-proven circuit and VCSEL technology, ensuring reliable, high-performance, and long-lasting service.
