This 800G optical module is designed for 2km optical communication applications. The transceiver module integrates SiPh chips with active and passive optoelectronic components which are built on advanced silicon photonics technology, utilizing 3D packaging technology and 7nm DSP chips. The optical module has dual duplex LC receptacles and operates with power consumption under 16W. It supports built-in digital diagnostic functions accessible through a two-wire serial interface.
