3.2 Major Bug Fixes and Optimizations
[ARS] Support for binding one ARS instance to multiple ECMP groups.
[BGP] Fix t BGP session establishment failure on sub-interfaces for some models.
[EVPN] Fix the anomaly when VTEP count multiplied by uplink port count exceeds 128 on some models.
[MC-LAG] Fix occasional MAC entry egress errors during frequent host migrations.
[PTP] Fix occasional state jitter on other PTP ports when a PTP port frequently flaps in BC mode.
[SNMP] Fix the issue of incorrect interface description retrieval via SNMP.
