The 16-port gigabit POE+ switch, CX102S-16GT-DPU-M-SWP, is equipped with 16×10/100/1000BASE-T ports, 2x10G SFP+ ports. It supports a maximum of 8-port PoE++ (802.3bt) for powering attached IP phones, wireless access points, or other standards-compliant PoE and PoE+ end network devices. With commercial SONiC NOS-AsterNOS, 16 port PoE++ switch supports rich layer 2 and layer 3 functions, including routing functions like OSPF and BGP, virtualization functions such as VXLAN and BGP-EVPN, and other features like MLAG and IPV6 functions. This access switch offers a compact and cost-effective solution for campus networks, SMBs, and enterprise networks.

Enterprise SONiC 16 Ports RJ45 POE+ Switches with PTP Support(Optional)
Currently, the Asterfusion 16 ports PoE + switch CX102S-16GT-M-SWP offers support for the IEEE1588 PTPv2 standard and SMPTE 2059-2 profile through both hardware and software. The hardware port offers full support for PTP and can be used as a boundary clock(BC) or Transparent clock (TC). The module can be flexibly disassembled based on customer requirements. On the software side, Asterfusion leads the community in implementing the PTP function in SONiC and optimizing its performance on our Enterprise SONiC Distribution –AsterNOS. By utilizing hardware acceleration and software algorithm optimization, the PTP protocol achieves a synchronization deviation of 20ns, significantly enhancing speed and stability in protocol interaction. Additionally, interoperability is greatly improved as it supports configurations such as restAPI, RestConf, Netconf, and CLI.
