The 8-port gigabit POE++ switch with 8x 2.5G ports and 2x 10G SFP+ connections. It has a maximum of 8 PoE++ (802.3bt) ports for powering associated IP phones, wireless access points, and other standards-compliant PoE and PoE+ network devices. It uses commercial SONiC NOS-AsterNOS and supports a wide range of layer 2 and layer 3 services, including routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP and additional capabilities such as MLAG and IPV6. This access switch is a compact, cost-effective option for college, SMB, and enterprise networks.

The CX102S-8MT-SWP 8 port 2.5G PoE++ switch fully supports IEEE1588 PTPv2 and SMPTE 2059-2 standards through hardware and software. The hardware port supports PTP as a Boundary Clock (BC) or Transparent Clock (TC), with customizable modules to fit customer needs. On the software side, Asterfusion leads the way in implementing and optimizing PTP in SONiC, delivering top performance on our AsterNOS Enterprise Distribution.
