400GBASE-SR4 QSFP112 Optical Transceiver Module (850nm, 100m, MPO-12 APC, DDM, MMF)
The QSFP112 SR4 400G is a four-channel, pluggable transceiver for 400GBASE Ethernet applications in data centers and high-performance computing environments. This QSFP112 module can handle 425Gbps throughput with four 106.25Gbps lanes. It is suitable for short-range applications and can send across 60 meters with OM3 MMF or 100 meters with OM4 MMF with FEC to protect the signal.
Data is transmitted rapidly and reliably by the module’s 850nm VCSEL technology and PIN photodetector array. Both sending and receiving ends include internal clock data recovery (CDR) circuits to maintain signal quality on all lines.
A management interface allows access to the module’s digital diagnostic functions, designed for harsh environments. This enables real-time system monitoring. This optical module provides the best high-density, high-speed connections between Ethernet, Telecom, and Infiniband switches, routers, and transport equipment.
